Bartlesville Hub is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. For reference within this policy Bartlesville Hub may be referred to "us, 'we" or "our."

While we attempt to safeguard your information as best as possible no website can fully guarantee your total privacy and is immune to hacking from local, state or foreign hackers. You should understand this before you interact with any website.

In cases where a member threatens someone with bodily harm, stalks, spams, or states suicide intentions, we may disclose any information we have about you without your permission and with or without subpoena or warrant to appropriate authorities. This is to protect the safety of our community members.

What information we hold about you?
The type of data that we collect and process includes: Your username. Your email address. Your IP address. Your content. Further data may be collected if you choose to share it, such as if you fill out fields on your profile. Some of your information such as your username and content will be available for public viewing, however, your IP address and email address are only available to the public if you choose to include it within the content you post to this website.
